The pivot table command is available in the data menu and also it shows pivot chart table. For this select the data base and drag each item of the data to a required place so that pivot forms.


Use of pivot table:-

 Pivot tables are used to compare long list of figures, several facts with figures, sorting totals and subtitling of data.
