Ericsson Recruitment Process
Ericsson recruitment process consists of mainly four rounds for fresher Graduate Engineer post. You must have to clear the previous rounds to proceed for the next rounds.
- First round: Aptitude Test
- Second round: Group Discussion Round
- Third round: Technical Interview Round
- Fourth round: HR Interview Round
Academic Criteria
To apply for Ericsson, candidates are required to meet the following academic criteria:
- Percentage criteria: 60% throughout (Class X, XII, and B. Tech).
- No backlogs at the time of interview.
- Education gap should not be more than one year.
First Round: Aptitude Test
Description: The first round consists of Aptitude test which consists of three sections. Which are:

- Verbal Reasoning
